Damaged / Defective
If your product is defective or damaged during transit, please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving your product. Please be advised, you may be required to submit a photograph of the damaged or defective item.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve changed your mind about an order after receiving it, you can contact us within 14-days of receiving it for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be applicable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Eligible returns on items must be in new condition, unopened, used or washed.
Final Sale/Not Returnable Items
Occasionally we may offer Final Sale or Non-Returnable items. This will be noted on the product listing page. In this case we do not accept returns on Final Sale or Not Returnable items unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
